New Couriers!
As part of our quest to offer our customers the perfect online shopping experience, we have decided to bring in a new courier company for all our higher weight orders.
We are now able to offer a much better courier delivery service, with full online tracking facilities available to monitor th e progress of your delivery once dispatched.
If your order weighs over 4kg, it will be dispatched via our couriers on a next day delivery service (unless alternate arrangements have been made before ordering). All smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail on their usual 1st, 2nd or Standard Parcels services.
Due to the excellent services offered by the couriers, we encourage customers to take full advantage of our courier dispatch by ensuring their orders weigh over 4kg. This way you will receive your parcels more quickly, and also be able to track your delivery online.
Ordering in bulk is the simplest and quickest way to boost the weight of your order. For example, instead of ordering just 1 set of filter media or 1 tub of fish food, why not add 2 or 3 and stock up to save yourself p&p costs - whilst getting a faster, more efficient delivery service at the same time!

Here are just a small selection of points that we feel make using our new courier service is worthwhile:
Faster, more efficient delivery services
All courier dispatches are sent on a next-day delivery service (unless alternative arrangements are made with the customer), whereas Royal Mail parcels are delivered between 2-5 days once dispatched.
Full online tracking facilities
All orders sent via couriers are trackable online with the consignment number provided once dispatched, so you can see exactly what is happening with your order throughout it's delivery process.
Earlier deliveries
Deliveries via couriers are more often than not delivered sooner in the day than standard Royal Mail parcels. Couriers tend to process their deliveries in the mornings, and perform their collections in the afternoons - so whilst this may not always be the case, more often than not your parcel will arrive before afternoon.
Safe delivery options
At our discretion, certain fragile orders will be sent via a 'safe delivery' service where your parcel is not machine-handled and therefore the risk of damage is vastly reduced. This safe delivery option is available on all courier dispatches - contact us for more details.
