Insured Postage Options Now Available!
In order to offer the best services possible for our customers when ordering online, we have decided to introduce an additional 'Insured Postage' option for your order dispatch.
Having previously only offered a standard 'normal' dispatch via Royal Mail on smaller orders, we have now brought in another choice to have your order sent on an insured delivery.
This option is available on smaller orders only, as larger/heavier orders are sent via couriers which are insured seperately - so don't be alarmed if you do not see an insured delivery option as your parcel should still be covered. If you are in any doubt however please feel free to contact us for confirmation.
Although we do have a very low percentage of lost/damaged items, by selecting the Insured Postage option during your checkout procedure, we will ensure that your parcel has enhanced insurance to protect you against any potential damage or loss.
Any orders dispatched that are not covered by our insured postage may not be eligible for free/total replacements in the event of loss or damage, so where possible we urge you to select the insured option.
