All credit card payments are handled off-site by Protx, and all collected data is encrypted for maximum data protection. When your credit card details are entered using our online form and submitted to Protx, they are immediately encrypted and therefore will never been seen directly.
Our website, in conjunction with Protx, has strict security procedures in place to protect you as a customer, and Aquamania as a company – so you can be sure that your payment and personal details are safe and secure. Therefore, there is no need to worry about entering your details online.
However, if you are still unsure we do have facilities available to accept payment over the telephone via Protx. Simply give us a call on 01254 665662 and have your credit/debit card and personal details ready, and we will process your order manually.
In some cases, and with certain products, it may be possible to make a cash payment for your order. Cash payments are accepted at our sole discretion, and must be made in person and in store. Please do not expect to make a cash payment for your order without contacting us first for authorisation, and under no circumstances send cash through the post.
Please note; we only accept payments from within the UK. We currently do not provide International shipping on any products. Delivery to The Republic Of Ireland can be arranged prior to ordering, though this will be subject to a small surcharge by our couriers.
