Products
Here at Aquamania, we sell over 5000 products both online and instore. All items shown on our website are usually also available in store, though on certain items there may be an exception. If you would like to know if an item is available in store, or if you cannot find what you need on our website, please don’t hesitate to send us a quick email at info@aquamania.co.uk and we’ll be more than happy to help.
Please note that on certain products, prices available online and in store may differ. Prices seen on our website are only available via the website and cannot be matched in store.
Most products available online are held in stock in our superstore, though in some cases the product you require may be temporarily out of stock. We get regular deliveries from our suppliers throughout each week, so in most cases an out of stock item will be back in again within the week. Some products on our website, such as spares and previous models of products are classed as ‘Special Order’ items. These items are generally not held in store, but again can usually be ordered in within the week.
Gift vouchers
Here at Aquamania we offer two kinds of Gift Vouchers for our customers. We have standard gift vouchers available in store, and Website Coupons available online. Store Gift Vouchers are not redeemable on our website, and likewise the Website Coupons are not redeemable in store.
Stock availability
Due to the large amount of products we keep in store, most items on our website will be in stock when you place your order. However, there will be circumstances when an item is temporarily unavailable until our next delivery. As mentioned above, we get regular deliveries from our suppliers throughout the week, and so it’s usually no more than 7-10 days until an item is back in stock. However, please allow up to 28 days for the delivery of your order.
Warranties
Most items sold by Aquamania come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. If a product develops a fault within the warranty period assistance will be provided by way of spares or a repair depending on the type of product purchased and the nature of the fault. Wear and tear is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
